Returning Perishable Items

How long can I wait before returning a perishable item?
Chicago’s Nuts asks that you wait no longer than 1 week after arrival to request a refund/exchange. If you wish to return an item please contact us at (773) 382-1574 or email us customerservice@chicagosnuts.com.

We will take appropriate action to issue a replacement, exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is importance to us, and we strive to provide quality customer service for our customers.

Do I mail perishable items back?

What happens if the product is damaged or melted when it arrives?

What happens if the packaging is damaged/ripped when my order arrives?

What happens if my online order hasn’t arrived after 3 days?
