Most items usually ship within 1-2 business days, via 3 Day Standard UPS. If orders are placed on Fridays, they will typically ship out the following Monday.

The shipment of snacks prone to melting, or during warm weather, is ultimately up to the discretion of Chicago’s Nuts. However, Chicago’s Nuts is dedicated to delivering the highest quality snacks and candy. In certain circumstances, cold packs may be used to ensure quality of shipped items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product just contact us and we will take appropriate action to issue a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please see our Return Policy page here.
We’re always creating tasty nuts, chocolates and snacks, but we still have to sleep. Our store hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. We're open online 24/7.
Unfortunately, there are some allergen considerations for our products. Our products are processed in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, wheat and eggs.
